They have went to a new level by doing acoustic which did make him sound more like John Lennon but I guess that is what I like about the song. His voice is soothing and hits me on a personal note. For being in pain all of the time from an injury and surgery...the song's lyrics relate to pain in such a way I don't know how to explain. I deal w/chronic pain 24/7 and it's hard for people to understand. But I think this artist knew...he knew something of how to reach to everyone. You don't have to have chronic pain to understand the lyrics or for it to be personal. It could be anything from a ruined love life to just a gloomy day. It hits home to anyone...does anyone agree?
