what are you saying??? are you saying that brand new needs to keep quiet?

Lyrics.. | Reviewer: Janettt | 2/19/07

It seems every Brand New song leaves me with the same feelings; awe and amazement. Their lyrics are so incredible and every single song by them (almost) gives me chills.
In this song I think it's the lines
"You are second hand smoke, you are so fragile and thing.. standing trial for your sins, holding on to yourself the best you can.. <b>You are the smell before the rain, you are the blood in my veins..</b>"
How much more powerful can you get?

I <3 This Song | Reviewer: Laura | 2/20/07

Eyal, if you don't like all this kind of music, why are you getting the lyrics...?
I personally love this song, another great and heartfelt song from Brand New! x

amazing-isnt it? | Reviewer: Anonymous | 2/10/07

I first payed attention to this song because it reminded me of this book twilight ( oh, and if u havent read...please do! worth your time), but as I focused on the words I realized it was so much more, the meaning and cmplexity of the emotions in this song blew me away. Truely amazing...

We've heard it all before, (haven't we)? | Reviewer: ¬Eyal | 8/12/05

There are SO many groups out there trying to be original, trying to materialise some kind of internalised trauma or turmoil; but it rarely works and in listening to this song; one really has to ask oneself where it is all going?
“Move out of the state”, get yourself a new record deal, work on your 'issues', and when you actually understand yourself enlighten the public; but until then be silent, please!

hits the spot | Reviewer: david | 12/8/04

this is one of those songs that can really hit you if you know where the artist is coming from. makes you just sit there and listen and listen, gaining a deeper expression of your own feelings, and a well rounded insight on similar situations. one of my favorite songs!
