You're a dead ringer for one of their childen. Their names were Charles and Osie Pasley and they were from Ohio, I believe, and had lived in northern Indiana at one time. LOL. Have you thought about singing country gospel ? You would be an awesome tool for God doing His will. I'm over the Drama Team at my church & for Easter we'll be doing a signing drama to " New Again " . While the youth are signing in white gloves, I plan to have a video playing showing scenes of , The Passion of the Christ. Signing is done in black lights. The end of the song has a couple of minutes only. That's when the spotlight goes off down the middle isle & Jesus comes in caring his cross dressed in a whie bloody with a crown of thorns on his head. I fill this will make an impact on someones life.
