i think heroine means both girl hero... (his partner) and heroin (the drug) because its addictive. this could mean that he needs her and he he feels as though he cant live without her. aww so cute.

i agree with everyone that says this song discribes Edward and Bella's relationship soo perfectly. In Twilight. I like the way you people think. except for the people that mainly think that Heroine means the drug. Get a life and stop smoking pot. it tends to lessin your ability to spell. seeing that you think Heroine is really Heroin the actual drug.. hah

get your head out of your ass. just because you don't like the band doesn't mean you have to stereotype all of their fans.

and just because both songs have 'heroine' in the title, doesn't mean this one is a rip off of the other one. the songs are very different.

I have just read the Twilight series & loved this song before reading it, but honestly after putting down the books & it randomly played on my iPod I almost slammed on breaks! It is Edward & Bella. Awesome how books, music, the pictures they create can affect your emotions & ideas! I LOVE THIS SONG!!

Yes, everyone, they mean 'Female Hero'. NOT the drug. It's spelled differently. Though it is a bit possable it's a play on words. And to the Twilighters, yes. I agree. Edward/Bella's song SHOULD be this one. And finaly, 'Hate', screw you. Thanks all.

I hate this song because it is completely ripped off of Silverstein's "My Heroine" Boys like Girls is a tacky band name, but I'm sure all of you hollister loving, starbucks girls are "addicted" to them. Keep hanging them no your wall and soon they'll be almost as sold out as the Jonas Brothers.
