Is it about society in general? Is it about politics? Is it about the military industrial complex? Is it about alienation? Probably the answer is "yes to all". It's a good mix of cynical lyrics with up-tempo rhythm. It's too bad it is not on Dylan's greatest hits albums. You never hear this one on the air.
