All of you guys are right!this song is one of the best ive heard amongst others that are also underated such as psycho man,dirty woman,a national acrobat.These songs make me want to go fast and haul as when im out on mission(iraq)or on the I-5 going to SR-16...great songs!!!I love all of Ozzy's music!!

This song is about drug induced madness and addiction.(Probably cocaine) A popular theme with Ozzy.
I find something new every time I listen. Some of the most cerebral rock and roll ever produced. Not really satanic but they'll take the publicity. You think Ozzy is a shuffling old fool? Go see his show and you just might be surprised. These are the elder statesmen of hard rock and metal. Pioneers and innovators. Sabotage is the heaviest of the first phase and some damn good rock tunes by any measure.

to be honest i bought this album just for symptom of the universe n' the first time i heard the complete album i hated it, but some moths after i heard it again n' FUCK! i realized it's one of sabbaths greatest works... but, what about the meaning of the song??? it's about love... about a relationship in wich the one who sings was fucking obsessed with the other one, but their relationship was way to painful for the singing one, but as he it's so obsessed/in love with the other one he just can't get away from it although it tries... until one day he finally gets free from it... i remember once when ozzy said that if you're making heavy metal not only the music has to be havy, also the lyrics, n' it doesn't matter if it's a lve song, you have to get love to that pito of heaviness.... this song is the perfect example

ok megalomania is the best sabbath song its the only song i listen it is the most underrated song but i thinks its the best its retarded that its not on the greatest hits album but its awesome how it starts slow then the tempo raises and the lyrics keep going and BLACK SABBATH IS THE GREATEST HEAVY METAL BAND WHO EVER LIVED(thanks to ozzy osbourne,toni iommi,geezer butler and bill ward)!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe the most underrated of Sabbath's songs. The riff starting the second half is the best driving fast tune there is. I would love to hear this just once on a radio.

this is a vrey good song with one of the greatest lines in music history... SHUCK MA. when i first heard it i was like AWSOME really and truly though im only doing this cause im bored. i could be looking at porn or something but im over that. Dont get me wrong this is still a great song.
