I think someone ELSE needs to chill! The point of me writing the review was defend the Word of God. I didn't say anyone was going to hell but I do think that if you claim to be Christian you should act like it. YOU do not have the right to judge me and call me "stuck up" or "snobby." I am NONE of those things. Nor do I consider myself "almighty." If you would read my review I was actually taking up for those who did get cussed at!!! Sorry for your cancer but wow that review was WAY out of line!!

That review was so out of line!! I took up for those who had been cussed at b/c they did not deserve it. I did not judge or say anyone was going to hell! How dare you be so hypocritical towards everyone who STOOD UP FOR CHRIST. Sit there and say don't judge and yet you did yourself. How is stating the truth being "stuck up" and "snobby?" It's true...if you cuss a non-believer out, you won't lead them to Jesus. Plus, you don't know me or the other CHRISTIANS on this site. I never said cussing meant you were a bad person. it's just, if you claim to be a Christian then act like it!!!

ok sorry for the cursing, but look, just because you curse doesn't mean your a bad person, obviously you guys are emplying that. You guys are telling me to quit it when look at you guys, shame on yourselves. Christian or not, you sound pathetic. I have seen the Lord in many ways, through my cancer and through people, I think I have a right at some point from keeping my mouth shut for so long to speak my mine. So basically you guys are saying, all the great poets and musicians who curse in there music are going to hell. Yes, yes very mature of you to say that. I think God will smile upon you >:-( jeez. My father was right, no one in the world can take critizum, even with a little cursing. This song reminds me of the people like yourselves, who are stuck up, and think that they are the Almighty! The Almighty God would not judge me, because he loves me and he knows me. You on the other hand, do not and yet you judge me. If any of you were the Lord, I would have committed suicide a long time ago. Fortunatly, you are not him/her. So I suggest that we all start acting like his followers inside of being stuck up snobby brats.

This is an awesome song. You guys are absolutely right. I don't like it when people say they are a Christian, then turn around and say "I hate her/him" Whatever...YOU DON'T DO THAT!! You aren't supposed to hate ANYONE!!! No matter what. The bible says "Love thy neighbor" I love this song!!!

i am going through some hard times in my life right now... my brother is being deployed in feb. myfriend in March and my fiance in November of this year or next. and i love your songs. my friend brittany introduced to me to you music and since then ive just loved your music. i am not a really religous person and your music kind of got me to go to church and things... so Thanks!!

there are many times we often rely on what people think what they say ans whom we are seen with. we let petty things take control of our lives and we become slaves of others opinion. let me flash it to you there is one thing for certain people are bound to tell you what you want to hear and so much you are abosorbed in their opinions you deviate from the fact that regardless of what they say or dont sya you are stll what God made you and no spice can change it so if you are people orriented its time to lay everything at the Cross and though no one seems to be there YOU'LL NEVER BE ALONE

you are totally right... that is why i have changed who i am from a christian to something else.. but after relizing something that i can not live with out God.... and also i was always depressed and knwo that i have found God and now i know that i am not alone...:)

Don't be sitting there trashing what other people think. If you claim to be a Christian then accept people for who they are. Yes, it is a shame that so many don't believe in the Almighty but that's why we are here. We are here to help them NOT JUDGE THEM!!!!!!!! You can't just go around saying "Hey God exists, if you don't believe that then something's wrong!" That is not how you reach people!!!!
Barlow Girl is a Christian band they write songs to glorify God. Obviously this song does the same thing. However, if a someone who is not a Christian hears it, then they may interpret it differently and, guess what, that's okay. Like I said we are here to reach people and we won't reach them by condemning them and putting down what they think.
Also, if you claim to be a Christian, please don't cuss on a review about a Christian song. What kind of image about you, as a Christian, does that give the world?

I love this song! I first heard it in the video we watched for our school's drug free week. Nobody knew who the Barlow Girls were until my friend looked them up, now everyone is listening to this song. I don't know if they know that it's a Chirstian song, but hey maybe if I tell them them maybe it'll touch someone!!! It's really inspirational, I hope it helps someone like it did me.

Ok I am only 11 years old, I do not think if you are a christian then you would be cussing!! Since I am only 11 and go to a pentecostal church I do not like seeing cuss words on the internet! So PLEASE stop!

Sure, I can see how it could be a lost boyfriend, but shouldn't it be an ex boyfriend then, and besides, who gives a damn about them anyway (unless ya'll are really tight with each other) I also see how this goes along with God. never alone was the first song that i knew by barlow girl.it was almost the first song i knew.
to me, barlow girl is the best.i love all there songs, but this one touches me the most.

Wow as 'Christians'...I didn't think we would be so judgmental...I'm sure Barlow Girl had intentions for the song to be presumed about GOD, but it's just like any other thing it MEANS something different to different kinds of PEOPLE. We ALL don't see the same things...I never thought there would be so many narrow minded people in the world today...MANY things touch people in MANY different ways, we ALL are not connected to the same BRAIN, BELIEFS, OR MORAL APSECTS in life...FOR EXAMPLE, the lyrics to me hit real close to home, when I first heard the song, it felt like my sister(who was like a mother to me) who died of AIDS was telling me any time I feel ALONE, I'm not because she will always be there...and that let me know that Her along with GOD are up there by my side...and will always be there!! So when you go to criticize always remember most people don't think like you. Then we wouldn't have half the things that we do in this world...not even all 'Christians' think the same!!!

This song is very toucing and helps many people get through hard times...One of my best friends was a cutter and I tried everything to get her to stop then I took her to Life light Fest. and Barlow Girls were there. After she heard that song she bought the CD and stopped cutting, this song is amazing and tells everyone that God is always with you and you're never alone. =]
