Former Guess Who guitar standout Randy Bachman tapped his 2 brothers plus C.F. Turner to create Bachman-Turner Overdrive, a power-pop-to-hard-rock ensemble which went on to help shape the great rock music scene of the decade. "Gimme Your Money, Please" is a fitting kick-off number for B.T.O.'s 1st album, displaying as it does Randy's ample guitarwork, brother Tim's steady, hard-driving backbeat, and C.F.'s lusty vocals.
