How can you imply that because a song has emotion in it then its emo?! If you say this your clearly not a fan of music and i would worry about you being allowed to live in a house with live electricity. If anything a song is even better if it has emotion behind it or a message to put through. And no i dont sit and think about this while slashing my wrists all you ignorant cunts out there. Its a sad worldif we are all emos for gettig the meaning behind a song

in the end, does it matter who did what? stop analyzing the technicalities and listen to the words. enbrace the meaning. theres pain and regret, and alot of emotion. so shut the hell up and just let the music speak to u. if u listen it has alot to say, no matter who wrote it.

this song reminds me how i felt when my best friend chris moved away. we did all kinds of planning. when he was going to come back. but a lot of things don't go how you plan. this song is on of my favorite songs from A7X. not just cause it reminds me of that but because of its awsome solo at the end!!!!! and the intro.

..one question that alot of "old fans" are guna get an attitude with.. Is the original the better sounding, or the version on LIVE AT THE LBC?

Ok whoever said that Sevenfold is an emo band should be drug out in the street and shot right now. Clearly you know nothing about music so shut your mouth. I agree with the earlier comment in saying that they play with emotion because they do as does every sucessful band with any talent at all. Also Chapter Four is definently up there i think for best song on Waking the Fallen.

BMTH are well better than a7x i typed in bmth second heartbeat lyrics and i thoguht they worte this song lol but i always wondered why the hell its so different to most of their other music. did they do a cover of a song called 'i love you and goodbye' too?

I haven't heard Bring Me the Horizon, but I don't see how anyone has heard Avenged Sevenfold could think that the demo is done by BMTH. Sure, Shadows' screaming was a lot different in the StST era (when the demo was recorded), but the singing is CLEARLY M. Shadows. Also, if you've heard Sounding the Seventh Trumpet, you'd know that's Matt.

This is undoubtedly one of the greatest A7X songs ever.

Now, for you BMTH fans who think they did a cover of this song, you shouldnt call yourselves BMTH fans OR A7X fans. I listen to both bands all the time, and its very obvious that the so called "BMTH Cover" of this song is just the demo track by A7X. You should be able to clearly tell the difference in guitars and voices

ok, this is definitely my favorite a7x song, the intro gets me every time, but i wouldn't say synester gates is the best guitarist, that, my friends, would be alexi laiho, lead guitar and singing for children of bodom

bring me the horizon didnt do a cover as far as i know, some1 has just renamed A7X's demo version (the faster version for ppl who dont know) so both version's are a7x just some idiot has renamed one, least this is as far as i know

I'm no expert, but it seems to be popular belief that BMTH do have a cover... I honestly don't know for sure, but I downloaded the song merely under the assumption it was by BMTH as it said it was. Can anyone confirm or disprove it with some hard evidence, rather than speculation, please?

The best A7X song? If you ask me, listening to every single track on Waking The Fallen, it's almost damn near IMPOSSIBLE to pick just one.
This song though, would be a huge contender, but I have to say I WOnt See You Tonight Part 1 is their best one.
