I've only been listening to A7x since the beginning of this year, but I'm already in love with them. This song is just another example of how good they are as a band. M. Shadows is probably my favorite vocalist in the world, and the lyrics are amazing. I wish I wrote songs as good as these guys.

Avenged Sevenfold are very lyrically talented. Their songs are almost poetic at times. This song, I believe, may have something to do with the 'end of days.' I figured this from the words; 'final chapter.' It well written and M Shadows (Matthew Sanders) sings it in a way that is almost haunting.
