I always knew something was not quite right about Jimmy...but I don't think I ever would have expected his brain to come up with this.

It's weird. Tim Burton weird. Regardless of meaning, the song as a whole is like what Donnie Darko would have been like if Tim Burton had been on the creative team.

But strangely, it's a good song.

Necrophiliac! Sex with cadvars...the sex wasn't as good when she was alive becuase he never got as deep and the dead skin was tight so it felt like a virgin and guys love those. So a little piece of heaven is a little piece of his dead girlfriends pussy lol. Great song!

I've seen everyone writing the meaning down, the story is obvious, I think the true meaning behind the song is that no matter what he did, and he Did do quite alot of bad things, his girlfriend, wife, spouse whatever loved him enough to forgive him and let him have another chance. Let's forget the whole "life ss too good so kill her incase it goes wrong" I've seen alot of focus on and bask in the beauty of the story and how FUCKING AWESOME the song is :)

Yeah I love this song. Its odd because I know I really shouldn't (its meaning as you will probably read below is just plain awful) but I still will have moments where I look through the music on my iPod and decide I have to listen to this. I'm not really an obsessive type fan of Avenged Sevenfold's so I wont go into little details I'm sure some of you would want to hear. Honestly my ex got me this album and so I can only really say I like the songs: Critical Acclaim, Scream, Afterlife, and A Little Piece of Heaven. Still a good band I'm sure (I just am lazy and haven't listened to anything else) and even though this song's meaning is so messed up, I love it for unexplainable reasons.

A romantic, yet very dark song, this is about a couple living together. The man fears that something will happen and their relationship and will break up, so he takes control and kills his girl, preserves her and rapes her dead body when needed. Soon she comes back from the dead and kills her man the same way he did. He is brought back from the dead and they get back together after he feels remorse for what he did. They get married in death for the rest of their unnatural life before they start killing other people.

i dont get why everybody likes this song. it's completely different from the a7x i used to know and love. critical acclaim and almost easy are the only true a7x songs on this album. idk what happened to the band and im extremely disappointed. waking the fallen is the greatest album known to man and for the band to go so far downward to this song is saddening. i love a7x but this album is garbage

the song is about how the guy ask the girl to marry him,she turns him down,he gets mad and kill her because he thinks that there is love in the relationship,she comes back kill him,and they spend the rest of thier unnatural lives together loving each other and doing what they love

I loved the quirkiness of this song when I first listened to it, and I'm now hooked to it. It's just... amazing.

I don't care what the meaning really is, I just know that it sounds great and makes my chest ache. :)

Ok, first off...everyone isnt REALLY reading or listening to the lyrics of this song, they are just going by what the music video is showing. The music video is just entertainment to make the song more interesting and perhaps even a little funny. Just because of what the video shows, that does not mean that the song is what it is really about. If you really pay attention to the song, the lyrics are actually saying, he cheated on his lady and she cheated on her man. Of course, with the way Avenged Sevenfold writes their music along with other bands of how they write their music, there is always "codes" or fucked up ways to word things, especially when it comes to music. Thats why bands and musicians are so talented at writing poetry. So point is....apparently he must of have cheated on her first, she found out, she got her nerve back and gained control and she cheated on him for revenge. They both loved each other too much and wanted to start a new beginning with each other to work things out and stay together. As far as the saying "eyes over easy"...Id say that is the couple are able to look into each other's eyes and see there is forgiveness and love in them. All though it does remind me eggs over easy, but in my theory, that isnt what that line means. And lastly, the couple worked out their problems, regained each other's trust and got married, got leg shackled, got hitched...yeah you get the point...so they lived Happily Ever After....THE END! But in all honest....this is just my opinion on the song's meaning! Peace and Much Love to you all!!

The Rev's voice is quite Unique..I never heard one before i listened to this song..I dont know why but,i really liked the part where M.Shadows(i think its him..)laughed like a crazy maniac(just joking..)..But overall,this band rox...

lol on live in the LBC the Rev sings the girl part and it sound exactly like it does on the album version lol bit weird but kool at the same time the Rev has a very unique voice =D A7x would have to be the best band i know i have all of their albums and love just about all of their songs xD

With this song, it wasthe music that first enraptured me. When I discovered what the lyrics were about, I thought that's kinda sweet in a totally sick way, but it's still so AWESOME I can't believe it. A7X ROCK
