Hmmm... i can relate other than the fact of me not being turned into a vampire by some rather natural and no one has killed my girlfriend... but either way this is easily my favorite song... and Atreyu is my favorite band

Thats really Sad, dude. I hope that things work out for you. Anyway, the whole "Vampire" thing makes sense but i dont think that he is actually becoming a Vampire =p Great Song! I just got "The Best of Atreyu" for my Birthday. Atreyu is Amazing and anyone who thinks otherwise should go fuck themselves.

Personally I love this song especially since Im a very very fan of vampires and the all turning into one myth and how it may feel or effect the mortal who is turning slowly into a beast that craves and needs blood to survive.

I guess they took some inspiration from a 1998 comic book called crimson. It is about a 16 years old teenager which is turned into a vampire. And her girlfriend is killed by the same vampire that converted him so he kills him in order to pay revenge. These comics are great.

haha Atreyu Rocks its simple true and easy to remember so it dosnt matter about what relgion of any of the crap.

I think this song is more about acceptance rather than becoming a Vampire. In the chorus you can clearly see the acceptance theme.

i think this song is about one vampire is in love regreting for what he have become but anyways this things always happen we get stuck in the dark and for me dark are drugs so its very hard to go out of that deep hole.
