David is right... | Reviewer: Saik | 8/8/09
In this world, the big problems makes people go against the law system stablished...
I think the only hope is rely on God for complete justice...
And I'm not saying this song is bad, actually I really love it 'cuz it kinda remembers me how I think about polytic and abuse of power... that really makes me sick... but anyways...
The song is great!

This song is evily cool. seems like everyone gettin it sorta right. "we are legion" is from the bible. Dude who was possessed. Demon said, "We are legion" to Jesus. Arch Enemy is all about rockin evil black jam. Super guitar, rhythm. They ain't tryin to push Christian ethics. I mean come on, they are a metal band.
Amazing | Reviewer: Henry | 12/8/08
Without a doubt, this is the most uplifting song I have ever heard.
I got into Arch Enemy nearly two years ago, at first I thought "Hah, a female vocalist?" My prejudice was quickly swayed and I would never be able to make such a sweeping assumption again.
And to David; That is essentially bandering your beliefs. After all, where did the saying 'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth' come from? As far as I can remember, it was the Bible itself.
As for my thoughts on what you're saying, I disagree. Especially considering Arch Enemy would not be contradicting themselves as they personally do not believe in a God.

I think it's an interesting play on words. "We are Nemesis" is quite funny to hear, because nemesis means 'arch enemy'. So really, they're talking about themselves and their music, I think. The "voice of anarchy" bit confirms my idea.

Honestly, I think it's an amazing song, the lyrics are good, though the verses are composed a bit oddly. I would just like to disagree with the previous review. It sounds like old anti-war songs, because subjects like that are still a huge issue in modern society, and you are an ignorant fool if you think or refuse to believe otherwise.

I agree with the person that said its a short and expressive lyric. I love arch enemy, haven´t heard one song I dislike.. maybe with the other singer..
awesome | Reviewer: superwoman | 1/17/08
I love the old 60s peace and love music and would like nothing better to see the message revived as metal and other modern music that shows more frustration than back in the 60s

Meaning | Reviewer: David | 8/4/07
I think the lyrics are creative.
They are short and very expressive.
They create a picture of Justice I think.
The writer seems to feel that his/her sense for right and wrong is powerful fire and to help those who are socially unjustified.
It seems to though, that the writer is not going in the right direction for what they mean. They want good justice and call for 'an eye for an eye'. But you must remember, 'let he/she who has NO sin, cast the first stone'. I think we must rely on God for complete justice. We on earth must live out a different way, not eye for an eye or anarchy. Realisticly, we humans need government because there are destructive people out there.
I just hope that 'Arch Enemy' doesn't lead young people the wrong way.
Not bad... | Reviewer: Daegen | 7/8/07
Not a bad tune. I like the guitar riffs, and the drum beat for sure. But, the lyrics? Common, this isn't Mad Max. It's so stereotypicaly anti-establishment that it's almost not worth paying attention to.
It's almost like hearing the old anti-war songs from the 60's put into a post-modern beat.
