Anberlin is a great band and have some songs influenced by Christianity. You should listen to Anberlin no matter what, and I agree with the person who has a 15-year-old son on the message. So quit arguing if Anberlin is a christian band! To Sum it all up: Anberlin is a band whose members are Christian. If you are a Christian, it should impact every aspect of your life. Particularly this song. We discussed its lyrical content and he got out of it what I had hoped he would..that sexual impurity and temptation present themselves in many forms and its never a good thing to allow those temptations to take root where you wind up acting on them. I have no problem with Christian artists not wanting to be in the CCM scene. Anymore than I would have a problem with a Christian lawyer representing nonchristians or a Christian grocier selling to nonbelievers. Its not our place to tell others how God should be using them. That's God's job. That having been said...I think the song is very well done and I like the singer's voice. I am not religious at all, and I listen to bands that are christian, so why should it be different the other way around?
