I can totally related to this song, coz my grandma recently passed away from cancer, and i heard that they wrote this song about one of the guys grandmas that had died from cancer. All of the lyrics are sooooo true. Like the part how he says "I just wont one last chance to put my arms in fragile hands", its soooo meaningful, as if he cant let go of the fact that he has lost a loved one. EXCELLENT SONG!!!!!
