@angelica- It is Steven Tyler, on the whole first album that is him. At the time he was very unsure of his voice and didn't think it was great, so he forced it to sound different. He realized next album his voice was good and didn't force it anymore. "You can hear how uptight the band was, how little confidence we had. Steven even changed the way his voice sounds." I grew up with country stars like the Juds and Garth Brooks and Billy Ray Cyrus. But Aerosmith has always been and will always be a part of my history. This song is a perfect describer of what the world was like back in the day. It describes pleasure and the pain that goes along with it. Both versions (Aeorsmith and Eminem)are fantastic artists that bring their own talents and twists to the lyrics of this song. All in all, this song is timeless.
