Brilliant | Reviewer: Debbie | 11/2/13

I have been listening to this song since I can remember. About 35 years now. It never gets old and it resonates even with my own children. The lyrics are brilliant, the music is phenomenally beautiful. Steven and Aerosmith keeps on rockin even while the lead singer is pushing 70 years old! You are an inspiration!

Dream, live | Reviewer: Ujwal | 9/9/12

I think the song is an abstract motivation to one's life. The person has gone through numerous goods n bads but eventually the bad lines fade away. He then realises everyone has the right to laugh n dream. He wants everyone to acknowledge this as noone knows wat'll hapen tomorow.

i think the song has an abstract motivation to one's life. The person has gone through several goods and bads, but eventually the bad lines fade and the hope of light is there for everybody. So, everybody has the right to dream, learn and enjoy. The person warns everybody must laugh since noone knows what'l happen tomrow.

A Haunting but Rocking Aerosmith Song | Reviewer: Dawn | 6/10/12

I think this was the first song that introduced me to Aerosmith. They are one of the best groups that have lasted through out the years and I wish I could see them perform in my area (every time they try either we have a Hurricane or something like that or one of the band-members gets ill or injured I'm not kidding!)but I digress I was so glad to see them burst back onto the see with Run DMC with the re-make of Walk this way have them be re-introduced to a whole new generation. I hope that they continue to rock and put out new music for all to enjoy for a long time.

Dream On? Yeah right. | Reviewer: I haz Confusion | 11/10/11

This song takes me back to those long nights spent as an intern in west LA. So many mixed emotions, because as much as the song provided an escape for me, my boss would always mumble along to it as he comped on a cheeseburger, simultaneously attempting to kiss me. So I was just wondering- did Steven Tyler write this song for me?

Dream On by Aerosmith | Reviewer: sugees69 | 9/13/11

"Dream On" is a beautiful song. The song is played beasutifully. The lyrics are awsome, and how it is sung is perfect, the singer ties it all together beautifly. Which is why everythig about the song is so right on. Which is what they would have said back when it first came out. Anyone that thinks this song is anything but beautiful needs there head examined. Clearly they don't know good songs or good music when they hear it.

Amazing! The words of this song reflect the truth of God's Word...check this out!

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven; a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to get (win), and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.” Ecc 3:1

I'm glad to say that I'm an Aerosmith fan and I love their works.

Okay, so many people say that we shouldn't listen to Rock 'N Roll because they give you negative thoughts.

Then if you're one of those people, read this: This song tells you to just dream on. So you want people to stop dreaming and just stop believing?

I understand that some songs cause negative thoughts, but I'm sure that this one doesn't. It's sad, seeing some people hate Rock 'N Roll because they think that most famous bands are satanists.

Because if they are, why would Steve Tyler go to rehab and stop doing drugs? Are you thinking he just did it for fun?

I'm sorry if this comment offended any of you, but I just really needed to say (OR TYPE!) this.

My Ex left this song on my voicemail awhile back after he left me for a 65 year old married lady, he is also an alcoholic. I don't know exactly what the song is suppose to symbolize, could somebody tell me?

Sing with me, sing for the year
Sing for the laughter, sing for the tear
Sing with me just for today
Maybe tomorrow, the good lord will take you away

This is one of Aerosmith's greatest songs! I love this song so much I used it as one of my favorite quotations on Facebook!
