------ performed by Aerosmith
5 stars ***** | Reviewer: minehead | 3/19/09
the production and engineering of this album is flawless, just listen to the difference between Toys & Rocks, Rocks is just a magical piece of work...Tyler's best vocal performance ever on record..
I saw Aerosmith on July 4, 1976 at Groves Stadium in Winston-Salem, NC...Jeff Beck & Jan Hammer, Bob Seger, and Black Oak AK...Aersosmith were so young at that stage, still doing good shows, ...as much as I love this album, Draw The Line is musically stronger and showed more maturity...but ROCKS captures Aerosmith at their very best creatively...these guys borrowed, but they always sounded original, and Steven Tyler is the best "rock" lead singer out there besides Roger Daltrey and Robert Plant...at least the USA produced one band in the 70's that stood up to the British bands...
Perry's best | Reviewer: Anonymous | 12/30/08
This was Perry's song, and it was no ballad, as the first reviewer suggests.
An interview with Tyler about this album: "When I listen to that album, all I hear are the drugs."
Well, then get back on drugs, Steven, 'cause you haven't reached this level in decades.

there best ballad. (spaced and fallen angels were good too.) i have been a fan of Aerosmith forever, "rocks" is an awsome album.

There best "hands down " album of all time. Start at the beginning and right straight through to the end, nothing but well polished material. Think I love this one the most because it sounds like the whole band singing.
