This song is about how HUMANS are the ones who are subjected to evil while ironically and tragically the creators of it. We cant understand why we would do something so hurtful, unforgiveable, and damaging to ourselves. So out of the mental and emotional coping of our psychosis we illude. We illude a character and villain to place the blame on: Lucifer...the devil. But really...its us. The human race must admit its insane. So that we mat begin to heal and cure ourselves. We are the only ones responsible foer the things we do to eachother. There is no such thing as evil, only beauty.

It's about human beings and evil.
Who rode the tanks in the Blitzkrieg? Evil humans. Who was with Jesus Nazarene (a human being, or for you Christians, a human body) in the desert? Himself and the evil he had to confront as he himself was human. Who killed the Romanovs ("Anastasia screamed in vain")? Humans, and killing's evil, so... evil humans. Who made a furor about the deaths of the Kennedys? Humans. Yet, who killed the Kennedys? You and me. Humans.

This song is heavily influenced by a book called The Master and Margerita by Mikhail Bulgakov. It would be a wonderful if the happy clappers all bothered to read this book first before using this song as an opportunity to market their brand of religion.

This is a great song by the stones. It's almost too great, even for the RS. By that I mean, well, I believe lucifer had a lot of input in writing it. It has a timeless, supernatural feel to it. So, don't be fooled! If it's of the devil, (the father of lies) then it's out to deceive you in one way or another. I love this song because usually the devil operates in a fashion that he doesn't want you to know he's operating in. In 1968 he finally came clean and admitted he does exist...so what, any good bible scholar knew that anyway, right? Be advised: this song is used by many in the satanic realm to announce satan's arrival at any of several events...all in all, it's a great rock tune influenced by the devil. Aren't they all, though?? (Sinister laugh)

How do you measure success sir? Becuase I would like to think Jesus Christ was pretty successful at creating a sea of followers and religion. Plus if God is a nightmare then so is Satan because as we all know from Sunday School, Lucifer was the "Angel" of Light and was banished along with his fellow conspirators who tried to take over heaven and instead were sent to hell. Now tell me something if I were a man who wanted fortunes and wealth beyond my wildest dreams why would i put my belief in a "loser" god like Satan i mean he failed at what he was trying to do so my guess is that the only people who believe that satan is the real God are losers themselves.

Your so called "god" is nothing but a nightmare you have created inside your own paycheck-to-paycheck little loser mind.
The only GOD that matters is LUCIFER. Every and each successful man and woman in this planet got that success because LUCIFER, THE BEARER OF THE LIGHT, guided them in the way to get that success. That is why you don't see a REAL Christian, Muslim, Buddist or whatever in any prominent position in arts, music, literature, politics, business, sciences, or whatever. Everyone and all that are successful in anything in this life, did so because LUCIFER helped them somehow. That is why you always see some praise to LUCIFER in all the works or through the life of anyone that is successful.
So, keep drinking your religious Koolaid from your pastor, priest, mullah or guru, and let them keep having the nice cars, houses, jets, clothes, jewelry, power and women. Waste your time with your religion and live a pathetic life. I prefer to believe in LUCIFER and let HIM help me to get everything that is coming to me: the world, and everything in it.
