Great song!

Mr. Anonymous is definitely a moron, classic old fart who can't cope with aging. Kids nowadays may have a different taste of music but at least they're not as stuck up to be pinned down to one point of view. If modern kids are idiots for listening to electronic music then your generation is definitely retarted for hanging on to windows machines. Things change, I suppose it's he who should "deal with it".

I'm a hardcore queen fan. I do not just stop at listening to their music or collecting the LPs. I actually play and study almost every song played by Queen. More I dig into their songs, the more I get surprised at how great they truly are. I would like to show true appreciation of their great work including this very song.
I usually do not write comments on anything like this, but I had to stop and bother to write something. A gentleman or lady, wrote that the kids these days are dumb for not recognizing this type of masterpiece, and I really did not want to hear that from someone who can't even properly spell "Beethoven". One great quality I loved about Freddy was his open mind about people and music. He loved things of old ages, yet still loved the things of the new generation, too. For example, he supported and sang "another one bites the dust(written by Deacon)" which was a disco funk number, and was considered the kind of music played in dance clubs at the time. Almost every Album they released at the time were butchered by critics because of their bold approaches to classics or new experiments with the new things. Some fans hated them time to time for changing like that, but I really think those closed minded people such as some ones assuming younger people are dumb, were the ones that really didn't get what makes Queen the best band in the planet.

Be open minded. Be welcoming. There still are many great musicians out there, but you just didn't bother finding and listening to them. I bet Freddie would have been thrilled to listen to some of the new stuff that came out recently, and you know why? He's not a stubborn, close minded jackass like you, sir.

To be honest, I am eighteen, and I would rather listen to Queen, The Beatles, The Stones etc. rather than listen to that crap on the radio. I would really appreciate not categorizing all kids as "dumb." I only have the classics on my playlist, and actually still listen to vinyls and CDs (big shock, I know). People my age are just young and don't know the classics yet. Your parents thought the same.(:

The guy below me, you really can't assume that all kids are dumb these days. Of course there are some stupid kids, but I believe you should have said "The gap between levels of intellect has changed over the years." There are some dumb kids, but there are also some very intelligent ones to. It is of my opinion that many kids these days have more knowledge than those of 20 or so years ago, but there are also kids that are much less intelligent than those of 20 years ago. I love "don't stop me now" It's a great song, and i'm seventeen, but I've loved it since I was 11 or so

To the guy who commented below me I would have to agree with you, this song as for any song by Queen could easily be re-released and top the charts but the problem is kids are not as intellectual as they were when I was a kid. (Yes I just said kids these days are dumb get used to it.) Also I dont think I would want Feddy dead because of how bad the music is today and not let him see that but what you don't understand is that if Freddy had not died music right now would be different comepletely. Freddy is the greatest performer of all time and if you want to contest that just look at his ability, He can sing into 4 different octaves in his singing voice, does the backing vocals for tracks on record, and can play the piano like he's ludwig fuckin beetoven. Had he survived Freddy wouldve left his dent in music and would be talked about in the same breath as Elvis and Lennon

Love the song. Definitely my favorite song ever by Queen!! But seriously whoever is trashing Freddie by being rude and saying that him being gay is a bad thing should be ashamed. He was a great man and an awesome singer. And him being gay is what makes these songs so much better cause he puts so much emotion and Passion into them. (not like most songs today that all sound the same) Plus this song doesn't even compare in "gayness" like their song " Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy" does. Which I also love! Great Song, one of Freddie's best ever. We will never forget Freddie. We will remember him as one of the greatest male singer of all time. We will remember, Freddie Mercury, Brian May, John Deacon, and Roger Taylor as one of the best bands in rock and roll. That I know of Freddie is the only one who's dead. Brian May was the guitarist of the band and he had (and still has) really big curly hair. Roger Taylor was the drummer and also was the drummer for Duran Duran. John Deacon was the bassist, I don't know much about him. Freddie Mercury was the lead vocals, pianist and guitar sometimes. He composed a lot of their hits such as, "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Don't Stop Me Now", "Killer Queen", "Fat Bottomed Girls", and "Barcelona" What a great band!
