I think that what Serj tries to say is that the humans believe that they are on top of the world (Pyramid Mindfuck) so they close themselves (Can themselves) to the spirit of the universe. The Cliche people will not dare to get out of their can, in which they grow different from the rest of the world, making their organs pretty rare.
